St Clair Holdings "SCH" was founded in 2012 and specializes in Multi-Family/Build To Rent "BTR" real estate throughout the south and southwest. Additionally, via it's founding of Student Quarters, SCH has experience in student housing as well as, for sale townhomes and condos, and LIHTC conversion.

Since its inception, SCH and it's principals have purchased, developed and sold over $1.4b, achieving an approximate 30% IRR and an approximate 2x equity multiple.

Historically, SCH has followed value add strategies via (i) renovations, (ii) lease-up of poorly occupied properties (iii) buying newly constructed properties at a discount assuming the lease-up risk as well as (iv) selling individual units as condos, townhomes, or single family to end user buyers.

SCH has traditionally not been a long term holder of real estate. SCH chooses a velocity of money hold strategy calling on us to execute its business plan and sell the property, thereby enabling SCH to recycle profits into new value add opportunities and enhancing its investors wealth creation.
