Isle Cottages
Isle Cottages is a 100 unit BTR property located in Myrtle Beach, SC. SCH purchased this asset utilizing Dome Equities and FANNIE MAE for equity and debt. It has maintained a +90% occupancy after SCH stabilized the property.

Brentmoor
Brentmoor is a 288 unit conventional multi-family property built in 2005 located in Raleigh NC. Purchased at approximately 75% occupancy, Brentmoor represented a classic lease-up and renovation opportunity. Current occupancy is in the low 90% range after completing the bulk of the exterior renovations. Unit renovations have begun producing an approximate $200 per month per unit rent increase. SCH utilized friends and family and MF-1 for the equity and debt.
