Virtuoso is a 178 unit BTR property located in Huntsville AL. SCH purchased this asset utilizing Independent Realty Trust and MF1 for equity and debt. It has maintained a +90% occupancy after SCH stabilized the property.
Isle Cottages– newly built lease up value add
Isle Cottages is a 100 unit BTR property located in Myrtle Beach, SC. SCH purchased this asset utilizing Dome Equities and FANNIE MAE for equity and debt. It has maintained a +90% occupancy after SCH stabilized the property.
Brentmoor – Foreclosure purchase, renovation value add
Brentmoor is a 288 unit conventional multi-family property built in 2005 located in Raleigh NC. Purchased at approximately 75% occupancy, Brentmoor represented a classic lease-up and renovation opportunity. Current occupancy is in the low 90% range after completing the bulk of the exterior renovations. Unit renovations have begun producing an approximate $200 per month per unit rent increase. SCH utilized friends and family and MF-1 for the equity and debt.

The Ascot is a 129 Unit BTR community, built in 2025 located Pooler, Georgia. SCH purchased this asset utilizing Artemis Realty Capital and United Bank Shares for the equity and debt. SCH is currently leasing up the property.
